Cut the meat into pieces. Pour water so that only the meat is covered, add adjiki and put on fire. As soon as it boils, reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes. After that, add the finely chopped onion and simmer for another 40 minutes-1 hour. Now add the nuts, cilantro and a piece of bread to grind through a meat grinder, and bring another 5-10 minutes to readiness. Try the taste if you need to add salt or pepper.
Serve with vegetables and hash (you can have bread). Break off the pita bread into pieces and dip it in gravy . The dish is self-sufficient, it can be eaten without a side dish
