Cooking method

We sort the berries, separating from the main mass all spoiled and not mature enough. We need about 200 grams. We will place them in a colander, rinse them in it, and squeeze all the juices out of the berries through it.

The juice should drain into another container. We try not to miss a drop. We add sugar and water to the juice. Stir, and then add vodka. Cover the container and let it ripen within 3 days. The result is our home honeysuckle tincture .
