Cooking method
For the preparation of blackberry tincture according to this recipe, only fully ripe berries should be taken.
The blackberries are sorted, the stalks are removed and thoroughly washed with water.
Then the berries are placed in a container prepared in advance (preferably wooden) and kneaded. It is best to knead the berry with gloved hands.
The resulting puree is placed in a glass bottle or jar, filling approximately 75% of the total space of the container with it.
If desired, sugar is added at the rate of 100 grams of sugar per liter of blackberry juice.
The neck of the bottle is tied with gauze and the container is placed in a darkened warm place.
Approximately on the third day, the drink is filtered and the juice is poured into a clean bottle, closing it with a water shutter.
After three weeks, the finished blackberry liqueur is filtered again and bottled.
The finished tincture should be stored in a cool darkened place for a long time.
Before use, it is recommended to filter the tincture again.
