I suggest you prepare homemade elderberry wine according to one of the recipes that will not require you to have any skills in winemaking.
The first recipe.
The berries are thoroughly washed, the stalks are removed and crushed.
100 grams of sugar and citric acid are added to the resulting puree, and then pour two liters of boiling water.
Mix thoroughly and add spices, cook for about a quarter of an hour.
When the mixture has cooled, filter and pour the squeezed juice into a glass bottle.
We make sugar syrup from 900 grams of sugar and a liter of water, which we pour into the squeezed juice.
We also add yeast there and close the bottle with a water gate.
When the fermentation process is completed, homemade elderberry wine is bottled.
The second recipe.
Elderberry and currant berries are put in a saucepan of a suitable size and filled with water. 2 liters of water are added to 10 kilograms of berries.
Bring the mixture to a boil with continuous stirring.
The cooled mass is crushed under the press.
The resulting juice is poured into a specially prepared container, sugar, tannin and citric acid are added and left to ferment.
Ready-made homemade elderberry wine is stored in closed bottles in a cool place.
