Homemade blueberry wine from blueberries

The recipe for winemakers is also quite simple.
Blueberries are sorted, washed and dried. Then the blueberries must be crushed. The easiest way to do this is using a blender or a food processor.
Boil syrup from water and sugar. Then, with part of the still hot sugar syrup, pour the crushed mint and lemon zest. Cool the resulting mixture and the remaining syrup.
When the syrup has completely cooled down, put blueberry puree, mint with zest and syrup in the finished container.
Mix the mixture thoroughly and leave to ferment for a week at room temperature, stirring regularly.
After 7 days, we pour the settled liquid into another container with a water gate.
In this form, we leave the liquid for another week for further fermentation process.
Ready-made homemade blueberry wine is poured into bottles and stored until the first use for 3-4 months.
