It is impossible to imagine a festive table without your favorite drinks! Among the ladies, homemade cranberry wine is especially popular for its pleasant rich taste and small strength. The recipe for making such a drink does not require special skills and does not take much time.
First you need to prepare the berries. After selecting ripe undamaged berries, rinse them thoroughly and throw them into a colander. After drying our berries, we make small punctures with a large needle, and then put them in a bowl, sprinkling with sugar. After about half an hour, the juice will appear. At this time, boil a liter of clean drinking water and put it to cool.
When the berries are ready, pour them into a three-liter jar and pour vodka. In the same place, pour the cooled boiled water to the top of our jar. After mixing the contents, close the lid.
The resulting mixture should be stored in a dark place (closet or pantry) at a temperature of about 20 degrees for at least a month. You can store wine for more than a month - the taste only gets better.
When the cranberry wine is finally ready, it should be filtered several times through cheesecloth. For serving, I recommend using a faceted decanter, which in combination with the stunning color of the drink will be an excellent decoration of the festive table.
