Cooking method
We prepare a three-liter jar in advance. Homemade prune wine will be prepared in it. Our recipe will tell you how to make a light, low-alcohol berry drink.
It will start from the fact that we put prunes in a jar and pour sugar on top. We will then completely fill the contents of the jar with clean water, in which the sugar should melt. We seal the jar with a plastic lid, and make a hole in it for ventilation.
We leave a jar of prunes somewhere in a warm corner for a whole month. After a month, we filter the liquid from the fruit and pour light homemade wine into bottles.
