Step-by-step cooking
We prepare the dough, strictly observing the proportions.
Add vegetable oil (2 tbsp.l.) to the water, let it boil.
Pour 300 grams of flour into a deep bowl, pour boiling water into it, kneading the dough with a spoon. After kneading the dough with your hands, when it cools down a little.
Preparing the filling. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Mix it with egg, spinach, mustard, sour cream.
Pork cut into thin pieces and beat each.
Pepper and salt the meat.
Divide the dough into eight parts, roll out each thinly.
We put the beaten pork on the dough, on top of the filling, cover with a second layer, cut off the excess. Along the edges of the dough we pass with a fork.
Fry the pork chops obtained in the dough until golden brown on both sides over low heat.
A hearty dinner is ready.
