Step-by-step cooking
Dough mix all ingredients in a blender until crumbs. We put it in a mold and press it lightly. Bake at 180 gr. 25 minutes.
I sprinkle the finished cakes with sunflower seeds or other nuts.
For caramel . Boil condensed milk and butter with honey for 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. As soon as it gets dark, it's done! Pour on the cakes, cool.
Chocolate. Melt the butter and chocolate in a microwave oven and mix, apply to the cooled caramel and leave until completely cooled.
Remove the cooled cookies from the molds and cut into lozenges.
