Cooking method
Such cheese fondue without wine can be prepared for children too. It is good because there is not a drop of alcohol in it. Personally, after purchasing the fondue box, I tried for a very long time to find fondue recipes without wine, fondue without beer and all other alcoholic beverages. I didn't come across it in any way. I tried to do it myself, but it didn't work out too well. Until I bought a women's magazine, where there was a fondue recipe without wine. More precisely, it is a cheese fondue without wine. At the same time, the cheese in the recipe was suggested to use "Gouda".
First, cut the cheese into small cubes, then pour it with milk and leave it for two hours in a cool and dark place.
Prepare a water bath and put cheese and milk on it. Add 30 grams of butter, turn down the heat and stir.
Cook until the cheese is completely melted and becomes stringy.
Immediately add the egg yolks whipped with a whisk.
Fondue is not brought to a boil, only heated.
After we put butter – 20 grams. Pepper to taste and salt to taste too.
