Cooking method
This culinary recipe offers to cook chic chocolate waffles that will just crunch on your teeth. These are real crispy waffles: delicious, crumbly, just delicious.
Whisk the butter together with vanilla sugar and powdered sugar to a fluffy foam. Here we also introduce flour mixed with baking powder, starch. We drive in one egg and mix well. Now we grate chocolate (I took white, but you can take milk or dark), chop hazelnuts. You can also take walnuts – some people like walnuts more. The mass should be moderately thick so that it can be taken with a spoon and put in a waffle iron.
Now we heat up the electric waffle iron, lubricate it with oil and bake waffles. The food is amazing, highly recommended. When the waffles are ready, sprinkle them well with powdered sugar. Waffles go great with honey, jam or jam. You can even make puff waffles – connect two pieces with each other with jam. However, it is better to eat such waffles faster so that they do not lose their characteristic crunch.
