Cooking method

This recipe for pork with pineapples was proposed by my favorite artist Yuri Galtsev in the program "Relish". I liked the whole cooking process so much that I repeated the recipe literally the next day. Pork in sweet sauce did not disappoint me, the food turned out to be surprisingly tasty, tender, fragrant. Just a real treat!
First we need to peel both the pear and the apple. After that, we cut them into small cubes, throw them into heated olive oil in a frying pan and fry them together with one tablespoon of natural honey. While frying, we cut the prepared pork neck also on a cube. We throw the meat to the fruit, fry for two minutes, cover with a lid, turn down the heat and simmer. We cut dried apricots into very thin plates (it is better to soak it before this), put it to the pork. Now cut the pineapple into cubes, put it in half-cooked meat. Salt to taste, continue to simmer, stirring, until fully cooked. At the very end of cooking, add a spoonful of kishmish raisins.
