If you have a fondue set at home, then you, like me, are looking for interesting recipes for this set. I don't always want to eat cheese fondue, for example. Sometimes it pulls on sweets. This cooking recipe will help us to prepare a fragrant chocolate fondue. You can dip into it any soft cookies or biscuits, cupcakes, cakes, and cakes prepared especially for this occasion. You can dip any fruit or berries. Ideally, use strawberries, kiwi slices, bananas. In general, what I like more.
First, whisk the cream, then put them in a fondue bowl and put the chocolate broken into pieces. We begin to stir until all the chocolate melts. When the fondue dish is already on the table, pour brandy into the chocolate mass and mix well. The most important thing for this dish is not to overheat the chocolate. Otherwise, its taste will become a little different, not the best.
With this chocolate fondue, I serve dessert wine at home, usually berry, of my own making. You can serve homemade liqueur (syrup mixed with vodka). Champagne goes well.
