Traditional chocolate pudding, a real decoration of English cuisine, you will succeed if you take note of this culinary recipe.
First cut off the crust from the bread roll, then cut it into slices and leave it to soak in milk. Softened butter is rubbed with half a cup of sugar, pour in cocoa, then drive in the egg yolks one by one. Knead well so that an elastic homogeneous mass is obtained. Now we squeeze out the soaked bread slices, crumble them into puree and add them to the main mixture. Add chopped walnuts mixed with flour, pour in dry wine and pour in vanilla sugar. The remaining granulated sugar is whipped with cold egg whites at very high speed (with a mixer). Put the proteins in the dough and mix gently. Put the dough into the prepared form and bake in the oven. Such food is served with gravy.
Gravy: mix half a cup of cold milk with flour, sugar and cocoa. We bring the other part of the milk to a boil, and pour milk and flour into it. Knead well and keep until thickened. If the mass is too thick, pour in milk. Cool and dilute with dry wine.
