I found a culinary recipe for an excellent dessert related to French cuisine on the Internet. I really wanted to find suitable recipes, one of the components of which would be mint liqueur, given to me the day before by a friend. This recipe became mint chocolate mousse, which I will now describe to you in all details.
We will need a water bath of two pots of different sizes. In a small one we throw pieces of chocolate and put butter. We pour water into a large one, put a small one into a large one and turn on the stove. The fire should be weak. While the chocolate melts, we stir it continuously. Then we clean and cool. When the chocolate becomes less hot, pour mint liqueur into it and cover it with a lid so that the fragrant vapors do not evaporate in vain. Beat the egg yolks with a mixer until white and add them to the chocolate. Mix it up. Beat the cooled proteins at high speed so that a very thick foam comes out. After one spoonful, we introduce the proteins into the chocolate, gently stirring. We put them in wide glasses and put them in the refrigerator for about one hour. Sprinkle with orange zest for more flavor. Our delicious food is ready.
