Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
I want to share with you a recipe and tell you how to bake lasagna with chicken. To begin with, we prepare products according to the list.
Step 2:
Put the gutted chicken in a saucepan, fill it with cold water, pour in half of the prepared dry white wine, pepper, salt. Put the bay leaf, celery stalk, onion and cook until tender. After we take it out, cool it and cut the chicken into small pieces. We should boil the broth until there is one liter left.
Step 3:
Finely chop the leek, throw it into a frying pan with butter and fry for about ten minutes, adding finely chopped garlic. Remove the finished onion from the pan. Instead, we spread all the butter and melt it.
Step 4:
Pour flour into the butter and fry while stirring until light brown.
Step 5:
Pour in the broth, wine and bring to a boil. Cover with a lid, turn down the heat and simmer for 4 minutes. The sauce is ready.
Step 6:
Pour the whole grated Cheddar cheese into the pan, and the Gruer is only 125 grams. Pour in the cream, salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, stirring.
Step 7:
Now we lower the lasagna sheets into hot water, hold it there a little and immediately shift it to drain and dry.
Step 8:
Preparing a baking dish. We apply our sauce with the first layer, cover it with a sheet of dough, then put the chicken, onion, grated parmesan and sauce again. Again, cover with a sheet of lasagna and repeat the whole sequence until all the layers are laid out. Now sprinkle the sauce with Gruer cheese and peanuts. Put in the oven for about 45 minutes.
Step 9:
Take the finished dish out of the oven and serve it to the table, garnished with fresh herbs. We do not extract lasagna from the mold, we cut it into portions directly in the mold.
I haven't cooked or eaten such a dish up to this point, but I fell in love with it from the first sample. Being an avid admirer of Italian cuisine, this is exactly what I expected from myself. The only thing I want to pay attention to is that lasagna with chicken is very satisfying and easy to overeat, so eat slowly and drink a low-alcohol drink, for example, white wine. But this, of course, if we are talking about a holiday. On other days, you can not drink lasagna with anything, but only drink tea later.
