This is a culinary recipe for a very refined liqueur, which is used in the preparation of many cocktails. Alcoholic cocktails are valuable because they can be consumed with food, or you can use them yourself. Therefore, cocktails are very popular in modern society.
We take 24 grams of ground Chocolate coffee, brew it in a turk or in a coffee machine with the addition of cardamom and vanillin. Cool to room temperature. Separately heat the water and dissolve sugar and honey in it. And we also cool it. Mix both ready-made liquids - coffee and honey, add the remaining ground coffee. We introduce alcohol into the prepared liquid, and immediately close the lid or stopper so that the alcohol does not evaporate.
At room temperature, we insist for one month. The finished drink is filtered through four layers of gauze and bottled. In bottles, the kalua should stand for at least a week. Then we send them to the refrigerator.
I want to warn you that this kalua recipe is created specifically for home cooking. The classic recipe does not include honey. And also, if you do not have alcohol, but you have vodka, you can prepare such a liqueur by replacing the volume of alcohol and part of the water with vodka. The amount of water in this case is reduced.
