Step 1:
We are preparing two hundred grams of grape leaves necessary for the recipe for making dolma. We put the leaves in a bowl and pour boiling water, then we need to throw the leaves into a colander and let the water drain, after which we remove the petioles from each leaf.
Step 2:
Fry two heads of chopped onions in a frying pan until golden, after adding two tablespoons of vegetable oil to it.
Step 3:
Put six hundred grams of minced pork with beef 50/50 in a large bowl and add salt to taste.
Step 4:
Pour half a teaspoon of coriander into a bowl with minced meat.
Step 5:
Add a mixture of peppers to the bowl with minced meat to taste.
Step 6:
Add dill, parsley and basil to the bowl with minced meat to taste.
Step 7:
Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl.
Step 8:
In a common bowl, put four tablespoons of rice boiled until fully cooked.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.

Transfer the onion fried to golden brown from the frying pan into a bowl and mix.
