Cooking method
1.Melt the butter in a water bath or in a microwave oven.
2.Cookies are ground into fine crumbs and mixed with butter until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
3.Pour this mixture into (a pastry ring, walls from a detachable cake mold) and distribute evenly.We put it in the refrigerator.
4. Pour gelatin into 70 ml of water and wait until it swells.
5. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
6. The swollen gelatin is gently heated until completely dissolved.
7.Whisk cream with 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
8.In a separate bowl, whisk cheese with the remains of powdered sugar, then pour in gelatin solution, stir, pour lemon juice, stir.
9.Gently mix the cheese mass and whipped cream.
10.We take the mold with the base out of the refrigerator and pour this mixture into it.We put it in the refrigerator.
11. Pour 15 grams of gelatin into 150 ml of water and wait until it swells.
12.We prepare puree from apples and mix it with powdered sugar (quantity according to taste).
13.The swollen gelatin is gently heated until completely dissolved and poured into the puree.Stir well.
14. We take the mold out of the refrigerator and pour our mixture into it.We put it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours until it completely solidifies.
15.When the cheesecake has frozen, we carefully take it out of the mold.
The cheesecake is ready, you can decorate it with different berries or fruits.
