Step-by-step cooking
Cut off the fish's head, remove the insides, spine, we leave the tail.
Pepper and salt, pour lemon juice on both sides, leave for an hour in the refrigerator.
Grate the cheese.
On one half of the fish we form such a "sausage".
Cover the second half and tie it with a thread.
Cover the foil with vegetable oil, put the fish, wrap it.
We send it to the oven for 20 minutes.
Let the fish cool down, then put it in the refrigerator overnight. There it should freeze properly.
In cold form, cut the fish into portions, after removing the threads.
