Rub the yolks with sugar, add flour, stir until smooth, and, without ceasing to stir, pour the milk in small portions. Boil until thickened, add vanilla, whisk with butter.
Sift the flour into a large bowl, put 1 pack of margarine in it (let it stand at room temperature for at least half an hour) and chop the flour with margarine with a spatula into fine crumbs. Rub it with your hands.
Now add water and knead with your hands, at the end add 0.5 teaspoons of soda slaked with vinegar and after that knead a little, in a bowl and in the refrigerator for an hour.
Divide the dough into 7 pieces (make a ball), roll out thinly on a floured table. Put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 4-5 minutes. (until it starts to blush, and put the next one to bake).The 2 best cakes are for the top and bottom.
Smear the cakes with cream. All except the top one.
We put a press on the top cake for a while to align the edges of the cake. Then we lubricate the top cake with cream, sprinkle it with prepared crumbs and send the cake to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
