Step-by-step cooking
First peel the tangerines, then divide them into slices and cut into pieces. The largest tangerine is put aside. It needs to be cleaned, and then, without dividing into slices, cut into mugs. Chop the garlic and mix it with chopped tangerines. Put the resulting mixture in a deep bowl, add ground pepper, mix. And here we spread the chicken legs cut into portions. If there are four hams, then we divide them into eight parts. Mix well so that the meat is all in tangerine juice. Then we wrap the bowl with a film and put it in the refrigerator for the whole night.
All that's left is just to fry the pickled hams in a frying pan in vegetable oil. Salt during cooking.
When all the meat is ready, pour the marinade of tangerines into the pan, mix and cover the pan with a lid. Simmer on low heat for ten minutes.
Now fry the tangerine slices separately in oil. Serve as follows: put the meat on a plate, pour it with the juice from the roast and decorate with a circle of toasted tangerine. Our chicken with tangerines is ready. Enjoy your meal!
