Beat eggs with granulated sugar with a mixer. Slowly pour in cocoa, pour in condensed milk and put sour cream. Mix into a homogeneous mass. Then pour in the flour, continuing to beat at a slow speed.

Pour the soda slaked in citric acid. Divide the dough into two parts. Preheat the oven to one hundred and eighty degrees and bake two cakes: one is round, the second is rectangular. The bottom cake will be round. We put it on a dish and smear it with the prepared cream. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top (they can be passed through a meat grinder). We cut the rectangular cake into cubes of pleasant sizes for ourselves (small or even small). The cube of the cake is dipped in cream and spread on the bottom cake in the form of a slide. Periodically we pour this slide with cream so that we get a juicy, appetizing dish. And sprinkle with ground nuts. When all the cubes take their places, pour all the cream on the cake. Pour a thin stream of chocolate glaze over the top. Leave to soak for three hours.

Cream: whisk sour cream until fluffy, add sugar, then chopped walnuts.
