Cooking method
So, we start by whipping egg yolks with vanilla sugar, then add condensed cream, fresh honey, milk, a little cinnamon to the mixture and mix all these ingredients well. Now, in one part of the whiskey (I took cognac), we dilute coffee and pour this mass into our creamy egg mixture, now mix and add the second part of the cognac. After that, we pour our homemade liquor into a bottle, seal it hermetically and insist for 4-5 days. Every day, the bottle should be shaken and opened for 5 minutes. After the specified time, the liquor can be consumed.
