Step 1:
We will need two tablespoons of hot boiled water, in which we dilute four tablespoons of instant coffee.
Step 2:
Then rub the softened butter (half a serving) white with sugar (I put sugar through a meat grinder).
Step 3:
And add all the eggs one by one.
Step 4:
Mix the baking powder with flour and add to the butter-egg mass.
Step 5:
Pour in the coffee, add the chopped walnuts and knead the dough.
Step 6:
Divide the dough into two equal parts and bake two separate cakes in a 180-degree oven. Take out and let the cakes cool down.
Step 7:
Cream: in two tablespoons of boiling water, we dilute four tablespoons of coffee. Rub the butter with powdered sugar, pour in the cooled coffee and put most of the walnuts rolled through the meat grinder.
Step 8:
Whisk and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 9:
After the cake pour brandy
Step 10:
Smear liberally with cream and decorate with a part of chopped walnuts.
