Step-by-step cooking
Put the breasts in a four-liter fireproof dish, pour chicken broth, put 3 sprigs of parsley and add 225 ml of water. Bring the whole mass to a boil. Turn the heat to a minimum; cover with a lid and simmer for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked. Let cool in the broth for 30 minutes. Then pull it out, remove the skin and bones, cut into 1 cm pieces. Prepare the sauce from walnuts: mix the nuts with bread to a homogeneous consistency, pour 225 ml of the resulting broth into the resulting mass (the remains can be removed for another dish), add salt, paprika, garlic, ground pepper, mix everything well. Divide the resulting sauce into about two parts, mix half with the chicken, put the resulting mass on a dish, and pour the remaining sauce on top. Garnish with parsley on top. Everything is ready. Chicken with walnuts is ready, you can invite everyone to the table!
