Step-by-step cooking
We cut the peeled apples into pieces, pour water in a saucepan so that it does not cover the apples, but reaches them to the middle.
Simmer on low heat, stirring with a wooden spatula, until soft.
Put the apples in a blender and whisk in a puree.
Add vanilla, sugar and whisk further until the sugar dissolves.
The apple mass should become lush and tender.
We lay out the apple mousse in cremans or glasses. We put it in the refrigerator and serve it chilled.
