Fried zucchini with tomatoes and mayonnaise

Delicious both warm and chilled. Another interesting recipe from fried zucchini. This time with fresh tomatoes. Very tasty. That's the thing in the heat. Thanks to its bright appearance and beautiful structure, the snack is perfect for a festive table. You can leave the vegetables in two rows, or you can make real turrets, alternating zucchini with tomatoes. It will turn out very nicely if the squash and tomatoes are small in diameter. In this case, the turrets can be impaled on skewers.
