Step 1:
Products that we will need.
Step 2:
In water at room temperature, dilute yeast, salt, sugar, add vegetable oil.
Step 3:
Add flour in small portions, knead the dough that will not stick to your hands. We leave it for 1 hour in a warm place.
Step 4:
While the dough is coming, we will make the filling: boil the rice until tender, rinse, add hard-boiled eggs, chopped green onions, salt, add ground black pepper, mix.
Step 5:
Roll out the dough, cut circles from it, I do it with a bowl.
Step 6:
Put the filling on each circle, pinch the edges.
Step 7:
Form a pie. Fry on both sides in vegetable oil, the fire should not be strong, so that the pies have time to cook and not burn.
