Step-by-step cooking
Real asparagus is not always available, so we will buy a dried billet. We will turn the dried product into juicy and almost delicious with the help of boiling water. Pour them asparagus for an hour. Peel the onion from the husk, cut it into half rings and fry it in vegetable oil together with carrots grated on a grater. Pepper sauce, crushed garlic and soy sauce, all sauces on 1 tablespoon will give the sharpness to our asparagus.
Remove the asparagus from the water, squeeze a little and pour into the sauce, mix and serve chilled.
If you don't have pepper sauce, any hot sauce to your taste will do.
