Cooking method
Surely each of you knows such a dish as frog legs in French, but I'm sure that few people have tried it, and even more so have ever cooked it. Recently I was in a hypermarket where they sold frozen frog legs, and decided to cook them. I'll tell you honestly, I really liked this dish, I will occasionally cook it for my guests. Now I will tell you about the culinary recipe of this food. So, we start by washing the frog legs, and then soak them in beer for a couple of hours. At this time, mix the sifted flour, all herbs and seasonings. After the specified time, we take out the frog legs from the beer, dry them with a paper towel. After that, sprinkle the paws with a mixture of herbs and flour and, then, fry in a heated frying pan in butter and olive oil until golden. We put the finished paws on a dish, pour lemon juice and decorate with herbs.
