We pass the meat through the meat grinder twice.

Add a pinch of soda to the minced meat, pepper, salt, garlic (8-10 cloves), starch 1.5-2 spoons.

Mix and pour in the milk. I used the whole glass.

Beat off the minced meat, cover it with a film and put it in the refrigerator for two hours.

We take out and sculpt mitytei. To do this, take the sausage nozzle to the meat grinder. Although you can sculpt mitytei with your hands.

Fry the cutlets in rast.oil from all sides to the crust, put it in a saucepan with a thick bottom.

Put onion, bay leaf, and peppers cut into rings on top.

Pour boiling water over everything, salt it. Cover with a lid, let it boil. Then simmer on low heat until ready for half an hour.
