Family tea drinking is an indispensable pastime with family people. And no purchased sweets will replace homemade pastries made with your own hands! The proposed recipe is a great option to please your loved ones with delicious cookies for tea.
1. Butter (or margarine) at room temperature is cut into cubes. Put the oil in a saucepan. We send the saucepan to the fire, melt the oil. Stir in the process. The fire should be minimal. You can melt a little in a microwave oven.
2. While the butter is melting, break the chicken eggs into a bowl. Here we also pour sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Rub the mass with a hand whisk or with a tablespoon.
3. Quench the soda with vinegar. To do this, we put the right amount of baking soda in a spoon, pour vinegar. The mass begins to hiss and foam, but not for long. This is how the reaction goes.
4. Pour the cooled butter to the eggs, we also send the soda slaked with vinegar here. Mix it up.
5. In the resulting mass, sift flour and cocoa powder, knead the dough. The dough turns out not liquid, but not cool either. Such an average in consistency. The dough should turn out homogeneous, without lumps.
6. We lubricate the form with butter, send it to the fire. Warming up. Then we spread a part of the dough on the mold, level it out.
7. Bake cookies for 20 seconds on each side. It is not necessary to bake longer, since cookies can burn. We put the hearts on a plate, they will come to readiness.
Serve delicious with hot chocolate, as well as a snack with jam or jam.
