In order to prepare a pink glaze, you will need first of all a pink dye on a gel basis. This can be bought in special shops for confectioners or ordered online. It is best to choose a high-quality dye, a well-known brand or one that you have already encountered during culinary experiments.

You will also need white chocolate for the glaze. On its background, the color of the glaze will be pronounced and understandable. The white base is the easiest to work with and there will be no unpleasant surprises when mixing the color.

White chocolate needs to be broken into pieces - not too finely, just so that it floats evenly. Place the chocolate pieces in a small bowl and add a piece of butter. Put a bowl of chocolate in another bowl, which is slightly larger in size and add a little water to the bottom. Put this "construction" on a small fire and heat the water in the bottom bowl. Chocolate with butter will begin to melt at the same time. Mix everything with a tablespoon or a silicone spatula for a homogeneous consistency. You should get a white liquid mass.

Then add the gel dye drop by drop into the melted chocolate mass until the desired color is obtained. It can vary from pale pink to rich crimson. Mix the glaze thoroughly so that the color is uniform and without bald spots.

Cool the finished glaze a little, and then transfer it to a pastry bag or fill it in a special syringe. Then you can decorate a ready-made cake with this glaze. You can pour it completely over the top cake, decorate around the perimeter or make some kind of inscription. After it finally cools down, the glaze freezes and remains where it was placed. With the help of such an unusual glaze, you can make cakes for children and not only.

Successful culinary experiments!
