Cooking method
1. We put the cottage cheese in a deep container, beat it with a blender so that the mass becomes homogeneous, without grains and lumps (instead of a blender, you can also rub the cottage cheese through a sieve a couple of times until you get the desired result).
2. Pour milk into the resulting mass, bring the mass to a creamy consistency.
3. We add the sweetener to taste, and also pour a little lemon juice.
4. Using a mixer, beat the cream until fluffy.
