Quick marinade for pork with mustard and soy sauce

Find out the pledge of delicious meat. So quick and easy to cook! It's no secret that the taste of the finished meat depends more on a good marinade. Thanks to the well-chosen ingredients, the meat gets one or another flavor, becomes soft, juicy and delicious. In general, instead of a long ode in honor of the marinade, I suggest trying one of my favorite recipes. The prepared marinade is enough for pickling a knuckle weighing 1.5 kg.

Such a marinade can be prepared in advance (it is perfectly stored in the refrigerator for two days), or you can just before marinating the meat.

So, let's prepare a suitable container and start:

- spread honey and mustard, mix thoroughly (mustard can be used absolutely any - both in grains, and dry, diluted with vinegar, and pasty);

- add salt, mix;

- pour the mixture with soy sauce, rub with a spoon;

- whisk the resulting marinade with an immersion blender.

After rubbing the knuckle with marinade, we leave it for at least half an hour so that the meat has time to absorb the aroma and taste.
