Quick marinade for pork with mustard and soy sauce

Such a marinade can be prepared in advance (it is perfectly stored in the refrigerator for two days), or you can just before marinating the meat.
So, let's prepare a suitable container and start:
- spread honey and mustard, mix thoroughly (mustard can be used absolutely any - both in grains, and dry, diluted with vinegar, and pasty);
- add salt, mix;
- pour the mixture with soy sauce, rub with a spoon;
- whisk the resulting marinade with an immersion blender.
After rubbing the knuckle with marinade, we leave it for at least half an hour so that the meat has time to absorb the aroma and taste.
