Cooking method
1. Sorting the beans. For harvesting, we choose only dense grains, shriveled and wormy ones are thrown away. We put the selected beans in a bowl and fill it with cold water. Leave to soak.
2. After four hours, drain the water, fill the beans with fresh water. We leave it for another four hours. After the specified time, the beans are washed under running water, we drain all the garbage that remains.
3. We put the beans in a saucepan with a thick bottom, fill it with water. The water should completely cover the legumes. We send it to the fire. Bring to a boil, then drain the water. Re-fill with clean water.
4. When the water boils again, pour vegetable oil into the pan, pour sugar. Reduce the heat to a minimum, simmer the beans for 40 minutes. At the same time, we do not close the lid. We make sure that the water does not boil out, if necessary, we pour it.
5. After the specified time, add salt, cook for another 10 minutes. Then pour vinegar, keep on fire for a minute or two.
6. While the beans are cooking, prepare the jars. Thoroughly wash them, and then sterilize them in any convenient way (in the oven, in the microwave or over steam). Cover the lids with boiling water.
7. We lay out the boiling beans in pre-sterilized jars. We roll it up hermetically.
8. Turn the blanks upside down, wrap them in a blanket or blanket. We leave it in this position until it cools down completely, for about a day.
Then we transfer the jars to a permanent storage location.
Can be stored in a cellar, basement or in another dark cool place.
Have a nice tasting.
