Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Sort the cranberries and rinse thoroughly. Dry it.
Step 2:
Put the cranberries in a sterilized glass jar.
Step 3:
Syrup. Add sugar to cold water.
Step 4:
Pour in lemon juice. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring.
Step 5:
Carefully pour the cranberries with hot syrup and close the lid.
Step 6:
Turn the jar over, cover with a warm cloth and let cool. Then put it in a dark place.
For 1 liter jar you need: 370 g of cranberries; 170 g of sugar; 150 ml of water; 20 ml of lemon juice.
