1. So, we sort out the berries. If green berries are caught during harvesting, they should be removed. My nightshade several times. If the berries are poorly washed, a specific smell will remain on them, which is extremely undesirable.
2. Choose a cooking pot. It is advisable to choose a saucepan with a thick bottom. It should also be wide enough so that evaporation is better and the jam is not liquid.
3. Pour the nightshade into the prepared pan. Soda is poured with sugar. And also pour some water. Water is needed so that sugar does not burn. During cooking, the berries will let the juice, it will be quite enough.
4. In the process, mix the nightshade carefully so as not to crush the berries. Cook on low heat for three minutes from the moment of boiling. It is not necessary to digest the berries. Let it cool down and repeat the process two more times: cook for 3 minutes after boiling and let it cool down. In the process, do not forget to remove the foam.

6. Clean cans are sterilized. It can be sterilized over steam, in the oven, as well as in a microwave oven. The jars should be dry and hot.
7. We put the lids in a suitable container and pour them with boiling water. Leave for a couple of minutes.
