Cooking method
1. Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them in half, boil them in lightly salted water until ready.
2. While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the filling:
- peel onion, cut into small cubes;
- cut the mushrooms coarsely, fry in vegetable oil until the moisture evaporates, then add the prepared onion, continue to fry for another 4-5 minutes;
- salt and pepper the filling to taste;
- chop the green onion with a knife, add to the mushrooms, mix.
3. Boiled potatoes are kneaded in mashed potatoes after draining the broth. In mashed potatoes, break the egg, add a little salt to taste, mix thoroughly.
4. In a deep bowl, break the egg, pour water, mix until smooth. In a separate container, we pour breadcrumbs.
5. When the puree cools down a little, we collect a small part with wet hands, form a flatbread, spread the filling, carefully close the pie.
6. In this way, we form all the pies, then dip them in egg batter, roll them in breadcrumbs, fry them in vegetable oil on both sides until a beautiful blush.
7. We put the finished pies on a paper towel to remove excess fat, then serve them on the table.
Bon appetit!
