Cooking method
1. Marjoram is thoroughly washed, spread on a towel, gently dried.
2. Heat the olive oil over low heat, without bringing it to a boil.
3. We put the marjoram in a clean, dry glass container, pour olive oil.
4. Infuse the oil for three weeks, then filter.
The fragrant oil should be stored in a dark, cool place or in the refrigerator.
