Cooking method
1. We sort out the berries and wash them, put them on a towel to dry, then put them away for 3 days in a cold place. When the time has passed, we slightly knead the berries with our hands, but not into porridge, but only to crack the skin.
2. Berries & nbsp; put in a bottle, cover with sugar, put in a dark warm place, installing a water seal, for three days.
3. Add water, mix and leave to ferment for 20 days (until the fermentation process is completed - the drink should change color to a lighter one).
4. The finished wine is filtered and bottled, you can add berries to each bottle for beauty, after which we put it in the cellar for 3-4 months.
When this period passes, you can drink wine.
