For melting white chocolate, the water bath method is most preferable, since its boiling point is very low.
We are preparing two larger and smaller containers for the construction of a water bath. In a large container, pour a little water, about 2 cm, send it to the fire, bring it to a boil.We install a vessel with a smaller diameter on the top, its bottom should not touch the water level.
We break the chocolate into small pieces, put it in a small container that is installed in a water bath. We make the fire minimal! Stirring with a wooden or silicone spatula, melt the chocolate until smooth.
