Ginger-honey marinade for baking duck in the oven

Cooking method
1. Squeeze the juice from the lemons into a bowl.
2. Add honey to the freshly squeezed lemon juice, pour soy sauce, mix.
3. Pour ginger powder into the resulting mixture, send the bowl to the microwave for 30 seconds so that the honey dissolves.
4. Then peel the garlic, chop it with a knife (you can pass it through a press), add it to the marinade along with mayonnaise.
5. Leave the mixture for 40 minutes and proceed to pickling the duck.
