Cooking method
1. Pour warm water into a deep dish, in which we mix milk powder with yeast and liquid. Leave until the dry ingredients dissolve.
2. After 15-20 minutes, add salt and sugar to the dough. Stir the eggs with a whisk and pour into the remaining ingredients.
3. In the microwave or in a water bath, melt the butter, you can use margarine. Add the softened butter and mix all the dough. Flour must be sifted at least once. We do not pour out all at once, but add it in parts, you may need more or less flour.
4. We put the dish in a warm place, cover the dough with a towel and let it rise several times, kneading it each time. After being kneaded 2-3 times, you can start working with the test.
