Step-by-step cooking
Melt margarine and honey and mix all the ingredients. Knead the dough. Divide into 6 equal parts. Roll out and cut out.
Cut out the mold more than you need, because the dough will shrink a little.
The cake is baked in the oven for 7-10 minutes.
Cut off the excess with the shape of the desired size (this will go to the crumb) and pierce with a fork.
Layer the cakes with any cream.
I layered one cake with cream from sour cream and sugar (1:2) + you can add cocoa. The layers can be sprinkled with chopped nuts.
The second cake was layered with condensed milk and butter cream (1:2). If desired, banana and kiwi can be placed between the layers.
