Cooking method
We disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences and blanch it in boiling water. To do this, you can simply lower the colander into the water for 3-4 minutes.
We wash fresh greens, get rid of excess liquid and cut into pieces of 20 cm in length.
Cut the apple into 5 slices, cut out the middle.
Cut the roots and vegetables and divide them into 5 piles - according to the number of cans.
Pasteurize the jars.
At the bottom of each we put a slice of apple, a branch of currant, greens, an inflorescence of dill.
Fill with vegetables to the neck.
Spread a handful of greens, dill, currant, bay leaf, clove bud, 3 peas of pepper on top.
Boil the marinade water with salt and sugar, filter, boil again.
Pour vinegar, turn off the fire. Pour into jars.
Sterilize the jars for 12 minutes in boiling water.
Roll up the jars with lids, turn them over, let them cool down.
You can open it in a month!
