Wipe the fresh truffle carefully with a napkin and slice thinly. Let the canned food dry and chop finely.

Put the truffle and pepper in a bottle.

Pour in the same oil and seal the bottle.

Put it in a dark cool place for a week. Periodically, the bottle must be shaken.
