Kiwi Fruit Sissy Cake

Step-by-step cooking
Beat eggs with sugar until white fluffy mass.
Sift flour, pour starch and baking powder into it.
Add flour to eggs and mix gently.
The dough should not be too thick.
Cover the form with baking paper, lay out the dough and bake in the oven at a temperature of 160 * - 30 minutes.
For the cream, mix sugar and sour cream, add vanilla.
Peel kiwi and cut into slices.
Cut the pineapples in half, leave the syrup to soak the cakes.
Cool the finished biscuit, divide into two cakes and soak.
Put the bottom cake on a platter, put the pineapples on top and generously lubricate with cream.
Then put the second cake on top, put the kiwi on it and smear with cream again.
Melt butter, put chocolate pieces in it, bring it to a homogeneous mass and decorate the cake on top.
