Dilute yeast with two tablespoons of sugar in 50 ml of warm water. Set aside.
Pour salt into a bowl, pour warm milk, pour sifted flour.
Pour the raised cap of yeast on the flour. Mix yeast with flour, add eggs, then knead the dough with all products except butter.
The dough will turn out sticky.
As soon as you get a homogeneous dough, pour in the oil and stir it in. The dough will become more pleasant, but still sticky.
Cover the bowl with the dough and put it in a warm place for 2 hours.
Make apple filling.
Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices.
Pour 3 tablespoons of water into a frying pan, pour sugar, pour the juice from half a lemon, pour out the apples.
Stir until all the water has evaporated. Cool it down.
Roll out the dough thinly in a large rectangular layer. Put the apple filling on the layer, smear it and roll up the roll.
Cut the roll into pieces about 2.5-3 cm using a thread.
Put the rolls in the mold at a small distance from each other. Let it stand.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
Make the sauce.
Mix softened butter, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and cream in a mixer.
Take the finished cinnabons out of the oven, pour the sauce over them and serve them to the table.
